• Responsible for developing sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area, Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance.• Responsible to acquire large number of accounts in terms of quantity,• To achieve the revenue target from new clients also maintain excellent relationships with clients and with the specified persons.• It also includes servicing the existing set of customers to retain relationship on annual basis, with a focus on up-selling other complementary / top-up products that may help the client in enhanced visibility, resulting in more business.• Exploring & developing new markets and conducting competitor analysis. • Taking care of invoices, receipts, bills, reports, letters, etc.

• Responsible for accelerating sales by a team of 7 people and individual follow up regularly.• Improve partner relationships to strengthen and increase sales by follow-ups and meetings. • Monitor team performance. • Exercise OJT & Product training for new joiners.

• Initiate partnerships & create business alliances with real estate dealers and brokers to drive sales.• Maintaining a strong relationship with real estate dealers and brokers, being their P.O.C. and helping them to close the deals with Rentomojo.• Generate Orders for different categories (Furniture, Appliances, & Bike) by meeting target groups such as Real Estate Brokers, Builders & Developers, House/PG owners, Two-wheeler Dealers.• Society activation, corporate tie-ups & BTL Activities to generate leads
