I started my work with Reliance ARC as data entry operator as a 3rd party consultant then I will take opportunity for daily credits mapping and recovery updation after then end to end to support to collection agencies and Follow up for unidentified credits received from borrowers in various bank accounts. I glad to inform you, I am also active participator in implementation of RARC system, successful completion of UAT process. After I proved myself in allocated work again I take the new opportunity of Co-ordination with collection agencies, Bank branches and borrowers for recovery related queries and complete external and internal customer delight and along with allocated work I have to send weekly collection report to all agencies and published daily collection report. When I again proved my ability I have to take another task of reconciliation of recovery updated in the system on monthly/weekly basis and dues calculation as legal requirement.
