Assessing and evaluating the eligibility of applicants to the Canada Emergency Commercial Rent Assistance program, wherein MCAP plays a role in providing COVID-19 related relief to small businesses in its partnership with the Government of Canada.

• Created Food Basics survey using SAP and Excel which was sent to and modified by stores through their internal system ensuring they receive appropriate quantities• Performed daily order checks for Ottawa's Grocery, Frozen and Produce warehouses using SAP, further contacting store managers with missing orders to verify the status, ensuring all orders are shipped• Responsible for entering and adjusting all Food Basics Grocery, Dairy, Frozen and Cold Chain product distributions according to Merchandising and Store requests• Updated multiple process documents for new hire training
