Key Responsibilities –• Develop project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans and conferring with management.• Develop Project Schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements, and sequencing project elements.• Preparation of best billing breakup as per contract matching requirement of supply and consumption of bough out as well as self manufactured items. • Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems to achieve predefined milestones. • Preparation, submission and maintenance of all project related technical and commercial documentation.• Monitoring compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications to maintain quality.• Technical analysis of bids from Vendors and coordination with purchase department for finalization. • Technical discussion with clients to in case of deviation or discrepancies in the project specification.• Planning & monitoring of project execution at site. I am Responsible for all Front End Engineering Design (FEED) activities for Lifting magnets and magnetic separators. Working closely with marketing department and manufacturing facility. I am leading a team of 8 draughtsmen.

My company majorly works for cement industry.I have contributed developing material flow sheets for various projects. Also prepared all the necessary project related documents. i can now study drawings and draw conclusions about them. Equipment designing is also a part of my work. I also see to it that the general arrangement of various equipment in plant should be of optimum output. I try to balance the performance of cement plant based both on monetary terms as well as mechanical grounds. Conceptual arrangements before the client finalizes the best solution for the firm are the benchmarks.
