Managed the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) of two Road Projects of strategic & commercial importance by leading multi-location teams during turbulent geo-political times. Supervised process related activities like Valuation, Statutory Audit, Forensic & Transaction Audit, Annual Reports, AGMs, CIRP Compliances & reporting, etc. Secured Investors and effectively engaged with them to update on project. Improved competitiveness through Challenge Mechanism to result in price discovery of the asset effecting ~ 190% improvement over the initial bids. Supervised operational turnaround of the company during CIRP by rebuilding several stretches of the road, effectively liasoning with the Road Development Authorities, State Government, Independent Engineer, Contractor, Lenders, Road Users, etc. resulting in multifold increase in toll and substantial improvement in the Plan Value. Spearheaded the Arbitration against the Road Development Authority to generate substantial alternative recovery for the Lenders.As the Engagement Leader, conducted the Liquidation of Corporate Debtor wherein the Resolution Plan received NCLT approval. Developed alternative strategy to optimise recovery for Lenders through a first of its kind recovery vide Termination Payment under Insolvency resulting in recovery of about 60% of principal dues of the Lenders.Spearheaded teams for resolution of stress under RBI Frameworks of several companies belonging to Iron & Steel, Auto Ancillary, Electricals and Tourism Industries. Also led multiple Debt Syndication transactions including, Chemicals, Textiles, FMCG & Agri Products.Handled multiple transactions for recovery of Lender Dues under Concession Agreement including Substitution of Concessionaire and Termination of Concession Agreement.Shouldered the Business Development and networking responsibilities for the Debt Advisory business line. Developed a multi-city network of Bankers, FIs and investors to drive the business.

Management of projects involving TEV/TEFR, Business Valuation, Lender's Independent Engineer and Corporate Debt Restructuring including S4A, 5-25 and as well as outside SDR for various clients in India and abroad. Responsible for end to end project execution including client management, diagnostic studies, site visits, market assessment, operations optimization and cost reduction, risk assessment and mitigation, identification of key revenue streams and projected fund requirements and means of finance for sustainability. Executed a Lenders Independent Engineer Assignment for a critical segment of Nuclear Power Plant based in western India. External consultant in Project Management Division. Deliverables included advising on process improvement and process integration. Responsibilities comprised of interacting with clients, understanding requirements, planning project and monitoring progress. Also improvised the business process of the project management vertical of the company. Handled the knowledge flow from experts and building up on existing systems to increase the effectiveness of the vertical. Development of a pilot Human Resource Optimization System.

Manage a Structured Finance portfolio comprising of premium NBFCs and Financial Institutions resulting in a year on year growth of 10 % in portfolio revenues. Responsibilites included restructuring and negotiation of Debt Securitization contracts. Prior Responsibilities included supervising Credit Ratings of a medley group of LMEs. Core tasks comprised of translating business parameters into tangible data and interact with key decision makers to deliberate on the issued ratings.

The aim of the project was to structure investment strategies for HNI clients. The project consisted of study of commodity market and the prevalent trends and patterns, recognition of investment opportunities and formulation and structuring investment strategies.
