 Reviewing Legal documents to confirm loan closed per required guidelines and recalculate asset documentation per guideline requirements.  Ensuring that the title commitments and policies and Verifying proper licensing of parties to loans being reviewed. Analyzing borrower’s mortgage applications, credit reports and related documents and Review, analyze real estate purchase contracts. Review state and federal disclosures for compliance & review property valuation documentation to determine value. Analyzing loan servicing collection comments and payment histories to determine appropriate disposition and analyze individual loan files and determine compliance with applicable lender guidelines.

 Supporting day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, and recording accounts receivables data in BAU. Ensure intercompany invoices prepared/submitted are accounted for in the intercompany billing party s vendor records. Maintain accounts receivable files and records Managing Day to day Operations in Cash and Position Reconciliation. Handling payments owed by the company to suppliers and other creditors, paying vendor invoices or bills, and recording the company's short-term debts. Post business transactions, process invoices, verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records. Ensuring that accuracy of an organization’s financial documents for payment, auditing and tax purposes. Supporting effective monitoring to ensure payments are made to vendors in a timely manner. Preparing vouchers listing invoice number, date, vendor address, item description, amounts and coding per accounting policies and procedures. Reconcile Cash and bank statements. Verify invoices against purchase orders and ensure goods or services were received before issuing payment to vendors.

 Supporting as single point of contact providing inquiry and operational support to high profile internal and external clients on complex asset servicing functions including those that are high risk.Performs operational tasks as necessary. Maintaining accurate records of research, follow up and client interaction. Identifying, implements, and supports client specific service requirements, bridging gaps and enhancing the service. Coaching team to multitask, ensure accuracy and execute against pre-determined deadlines in accordance with established procedures. Provide training and guidance to new and less-experienced Client Service Representatives. Makes recommendations for operational and client service improvements to meet client needs.
