Performed extensive primary research, secondary research, and data analysis to identify opportunities for performing business operations at reduced cost and higher efficiency.3. Recommendations included devising a plan for a transport route from Guwahati to Delhi, which helped in a cost reduction of Rs 60,000 monthly.4. Redesigned supply chain strategies for top 5 customers of Guwahati, with cost-benefit analysis to reduce operational costs.

Rite Water Solutions is a certified organization operating in the space of providing clean drinking water solutions. They provide solutions for Rural and Urban Water Quality Improvements. I had the opportunity to visit 11 villages around Nagpur where I understood the needs and expectations of society in terms of water treatment.

Had an overview of the working of a Thermal Power plant. Closely interacted and understood the responsibilities of the Instrumentation department of the organization. Also travelled to the villages surrounding Dahanu where Reliance had provided water filtration units to the underprivileged school children and local bodies.
