Job Profile:• Communicating with the clients in USA who applied for pawn loans, pay-day loans or mortgage loans.• Helping them through the online credit check process to get their credit scores which is mandatory for getting a loan in USA.• Introducing and transferring them to their nearest lenders.• Maintaining the records of the clients, amount of loan, credit scores and the lender transferred.• Interacting with the lenders through Voice, Skype, BBM• Training the new recruits in the company.
