▪ Developing business relationships between customer for increasing overall business of organization. -Build relationships with key staff in the client organization. ▪ Involvement in New Product Development (NPD) process of existing and new customers. ▪ Responsible for cost estimation, RFQ acquisition and timely submission of quotation to the customer for newly acquired projects. ▪ Analyze the process with Cross-Functional Team and compliance to customer origin. ▪ Handling sales function and project activities for key accounts (Tier 1 Automotive manufacturers) on a day-to-day basis. -Understand and apply the guidelines proposed by the hierarchy regarding contractual management ▪ Involvement in Automotive OEM Sales of Seat System. ▪ Supporting the Finance and Logistics Department for Customer Invoicing and Sales Orders respectively. ▪ Provide full technical support to channel partners to resolve issue and gain faith of customers. ▪ Submission of techno-commercial offers as per customer's specification. ▪ To plan monthly, quarterly & annual targets and coordinate between management and dealership network. • Serial Life : • Prepare and negotiate the commercial answers to the customer ECRs. • Detailed understanding of piece price, tooling and D&D impact • Follow the Variable Cost Margin of the products. • Prepare anf follow commercial productivity proposals. • Understanding and commercial management of local economics. Understanding and rigourous implementation of the Sales Administration guidelines & processes. • Commercial management for Spare Parts • Programs : • Act as Program Sales Leader – Part of the Program core team • Prepare and negotiate – on a proactive manner – the commercial answers to the customer ECRs • Understanding of the Program Business Plan and associated commercial levers • Follow the profitability of the Program.
