- Contributed to developing the vision of the companies that resulted in clarity inbusiness for the directors.- Aided in formulating a direction for the companies with three-month plans.

- Worked with a group of public school teachers to initiate an online course design andcurriculum development of workshops for training state-wide teachers.- Delivered multiple trainings to the group teachers on 21st-century skills to build theirpedagogical skills.

I worked as a Principal in Vishva Vedanta School in Kumhari since 2014. My task was to turn around a school struggling to perform academically and financially. Over the years, I was able to:- Bring a tectonic shift in the culture of the school to a growth and collaborative mindset which facilitated idea exchange (applied ideas from Creative Schools, Sir Ken Robinson and Meeting Wise learnt from Harvard University)- Set up a data based system to track and guide the academic and professional development of students and teachers (applied ideas from Data-wise learnt from Harvard University).- Transformed the curriculum of the primary and pre-primary from a rote learning based system to a constructivist approach.- Set up structures for regular planning of curriculum plans, lesson plans and tracking of the same through regular weekly check-ins and teacher coaching for planning effective learning experiences for children. - Coach teachers through regular demo classes for effective teaching learning and pedagogical practices.- Make strategic changes in the financial structures to cover up the financial losses till 2014, and- Transformed the marketing and outreach to help bring in more students and parents; volunteers and leaders in education to visit the school and facilitate idea exchange.These efforts transformed the school into a high performing school. The school had become a bustling space for growth, innovation and learning.

The class teacher of class 10th, I teach English and co-teach Mathematics. This for the reasons:1) I wanted to understand all the challenges teachers face to help them better their roles as teachers.2) I want to help the children achieve stellar results in the boards with an insight into the 21st century skills of critical thinking, collaboration, creativity and communication. (The theme of our class is collaboration)
