• Responsible for part layout inspection as par part layout plan.• PDIR, Layout, First piece inspection report.• Customer problem handling.• 7QC (PARETO CHART,FISH BONE,HISTOGRAM,CHECK SHEET,CONTROL CHART)• Making first piece approval for production run in shop floor.• Good knowledge of engineering drawing like GD&T SYMBOLES & maintain engineering drawing files .• Able to take root cause problem solving during in-process.• Free hand with quality checking instruments like-Vernier calipers ,micrometer, height gauge,bevel protector, radius gauge, filler gauge, profile projector, hardness tester, bore gauge etc.• Reduce in-house rejection by monitoring.• Maintaining Quality board (objective).• Making PFD for in-process inspection.• Working in documentation on CAPA, WHY-WHY analysis.• Kaizen activity in VMC & CNC and incoming Area.• Daily morning Meeting with H.O.D. regarding line rejection.
