Current Providing analytical financial support to sr. directors/executives, RVP’s and CRO for all APAC sub-region wise opportunities status and business updates, on monthly, quarterly and YOY status of the business. Maintain, improve and produce internal sales forecasts, scorecards, leaderboards in W/M/Q cadences. Tracking all the updates for opportunities in Salesforce its up to date and regularly checking salesforce hygiene, MIS presentations – for management decision making, Monthly and Quarterly status, and Maintain and improve quota modelling processes and metrics. Visiting USA every year for SKO conference to discuss the planning and implementation. Visiting Singapore every year to present the overall actual vs plan, account assignment, SDR lead generation, partner generated deals, Target market, all sales representative performance tracking, with complete package preparing in presentation for leadership meetings, Support and produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reporting deliverables to Sales organization and maintain sales productivity, attainment. Weekly conducting forecast calls with sub regional directors – SEA, Korea, Japan, ANZ, India and taking updates for the pipeline deals. Support and improve the pipeline metrics insights and reporting cadence. MIS dashboard preparation/presentation with the help of TABLEAU (Dashboard contains- account assignment, plan vs actual revenue, pipeline coverage, individual sales team performance many more.) Business insights and Trend YoY, QOQ, MOM, analysis and Historical trend analysis. Week on week analysis of sales data, by using Salesforce. And Clari Analysis of Renewals, down sell, Churn etc. Yearly planning process, in quota assignment for individual rep wise, sub region wise and region wise. Account assignment, also helping all reps, RSD, s RVP on their ops, ad-hoc queries.
