- Lead a team of (peak team size of 8) technical resources at client site for PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Implementation- Gather business requirements and question/clarify functional specifications- Develop technical design and specifications and present it to the client business team- Develop conversion programs and interfaces (Conversion of Job data, Position data, Personal data, Payroll balances, Profile data, Benefit plans enrollment data)- Develop custom workflows using AWE- Define strategy for conversion and interfaces (staging table structures, file paths URLs, error handling, etc)- Status reporting to the management and monitoring the progress of workstream- Handling data extraction from legacy applications

Technical Responsibilities:- Work on Finance and Supply Chain implementation projects- Offshore team Coordinator- Prepare Technical specifications- RICE item Developer- Review deliverable- Develop Internal tools for the organization to accelerate implementations- Post Production support- Develop Proof of concepts of new solutionsOther Responsibilities:- Weekly status reports for offshore team- Train and mentor junior resources- Develop content for technical training and train new joiners

- PeopleSoft project implementation experience in HRMS/HCM, CRM & ESA- Expert in PeopleSoft HCM implementation. (Have designed accelerators for implementation)- Lead as techincal consultant for a PeopleSoft HRMS Upgrade 8.3 to 8.9 project (Again designed accelerators for PeopleSoft Upgrade to speed up the complete process)- Comprehensive experience in Core HR, TAM (eRecruit), Self Service modules of HRMS.

PeopleSoft Techno Functional Consultant- Expert in HRMS End to End Implementation (3 Under my belt)- Experience in PeopleSoft CRM & ESA (1 Implemenation each)- Oracle Fusion Middleware hands on experience (BPEL PM)- Experience of HRMS Upgrade & Support- More than 2 Years of Client site experience (Denmark, France & USA)- Proficient in Global Payroll, Absence Management, Self Service, Administer Workforce, Talent Acquisition Manager, Candidate Gateway & ePerformance modules.- Experience in providing PeopleSoft Technical Training (Component Buffer, Application Engine, Component Interface, Integration Broker, File Layouts, Data Upload techniques, Component Designing)
