Roles and Responsibilities:- To manage the entire inventory of Products, Non RM ( Packing material, cleaning equipment etc ).- To ensure that the right amount of products have been delivered by PC. There is documentation for all the products coming and going out.- Able to analyze the data of the product flow (FEFO).- To keep a record of all the inventory (FG, NON RM)- Manage all the Delivery Executives and Packing Associates in the hub.- To ensures that his team is well groomed and always punctual to work.- To schedules the roster for the week and updates it on the system. - To ensures that all his team member are being utilized to the optimum capacity.- To ensures that there is no SLA Breach (other than bad weather/unforeseen circumstances).- Sets basic stock levels. Understands and applies re-order system, fixed re-order point and fixed re-order level.- Able to lead his team in achieving the business goals. The Team Member is to monitor his teams performance and reward and encourage accordingly.

Roles and responsibilities:- Publish daily FE performance reports and closure of delivery.- Anticipate the capacity requirements (Vehicles, FE's, D@S agents and delivery tools).- Understand, evaluate and problem solve last mile and other system /process hurdles.- Monitor the last mile KPI’s and work towards continuously improving it.- Manage site specific last mile operations from creating routes, assigning to FE's and D@S agents till the successful delivery of the order.- Manage cash handling process and the return process for door step rejections and damages.- Ensure all damages and returns are handled effectively and handed over to the store team.- Adequate actions taken to maintain the cold chain of goods inside the operation and proper segregation of goods in delivery crate.

Roles and responsibilities:- Optimises results by effectively managing own time throughout the day that includes prioritizing the sequence of tasks & taking on additional responsibilities when possible.- Sorts & loads documents & boxes in a logical flow to support optimal productivity on the delivery route.- Plans the route, re-prioritizes stops, to effectively complete pick-ups within Customer time-window and to meet defined productivity targets.- Performs defined pre & post trip vehicle checks and also prepares the vehicle inspection report.- Ensures the accuracy & timely completion of necessary documents (delivery records, pick-up manifests, time cards etc) & audits customer documents (AWB, customs paperwork, commercial invoice etc) as well.- Uses defined tools to perform accurate & timely scanning, recording & transferring of data for diverse types of performance tracking/compliance activities.- Ensures the ongoing security of the vehicle & packages by taking all precautions & following defined safety & security procedures.- Processes packages in accordance with defined procedures e.g. security scan, cash collection, correct routing, paperwork etc. and advises customer on correct completion of documentation & packaging.- Effectively dealing with all the customer queries, requests and resolving the same if job remits else escalate the same to appropriate department.- Pro-actively seeks opportunity to generate additional revenue & improve customer satisfaction by identifying & highlighting sales & automation opportunities that support the customers business.

Responsible for monitoring the performance of suppliers, analysis of inventory, assessing the need for material handling equipments, organising suppliers, vendors, evaluation and other activities assigned.

Roles and responsibilities:- To prepare hardware kits resulting in reduction of storage space, inventory, mismatch, pilferage and to identify potential items and offload assembly work to suppliers to minimize throughput time.- To implement JIT supplies, to ensure seamless supplies, reduced inventory and storage space reduction.- To reduce stock levels resulting in storage pallet optimization and implementation of trolley for bulky material and to improve store aesthetics and QR code for outdoor fabrication for better traceability.
