Communication and Presentation skills. Verifying actual measurement of work done on site in presence of contractor’s representative. Checking the status of work done is in line with contractor's scope of work as per work order. Checking inputs and joint records on progress of work certified from site execution engineers. Checking work done & balance work quantity.  Calculating quantities of work done from drawing.  Checking of Procurement material bills in line with Supplier's scope of work as per Purchase order with related all documentation. Co-ordination for the approval from Contracts department head for any extra work done out of scope of contract and get the work order amended accordingly. Preparing invoice through ERP and submitting contractors invoice along with all enclosures for running bill and final bill. Certification of bills and invoices from vendors, contractors, consultants as per SOP Accurate and timely updating of ERP at all stages of billing process as per SOP. Should be well versed & needs to have complete knowledge of TDS, GST, Compliances. Preparing Weekly reports for bills generated & sent to accounts for payments. Preparing payment certificate and forward for checking. Maintaining the database of billing. Coordinating with Site team for checking quantity. Checking & verifying received site measurement. Communication with clients and subcontractors / vendor.
