Support system integrator for total security solution design based on Survaillance platform, Designing solution/technical documentation on behalf of channel partner for submission to end customer, Creating BoQ for channel partner, Conducting seminars and product presentations for channel partners to educate them, Assist channel partner with technical documentation and compliance for tenders, Jointly meeting with end customer along with channel partner for product presentation, demonstrations & POC, Providing technical support to the partners, Identifying new channel partner, Introducing new solutions & technology by POC’s, demos, presentations and later providing channel partner with proposal & quotations, Perform project based site survey, Provide remote & onsite support to channel partners, End user site audit for optimizing the installation, Participating in regional security events.

2nd Level technical support to MOBOTIX, partners, and customers for MOBOTIX technologies, products, and solutions.Identify problems, troubleshoot, and advise on the solution.Resolution of moderately to highly complex technical problems, depending on the customer’s needs.Sharing of knowledge in writing documents and enlargement of the knowledge database, Update self -help documents so customers and employee so they can try to fix problems themselves.- Facilitation of the RMA process by troubleshooting and diagnosis of hardware issues. Also supporting Partner on local level for hardware testing.- Support for local or international exhibitions as a Technical Expert.- Providing training to partners onsite as well as online webinars on MOBOTIX hardware and VMS software MXCC and MXMC.- Solution design and onsite POC for regional partners.
