A former account executive at Ogilvy and Mather (advertising) and four years down the lane, The Technical Mentor at Bhaichung Bhutia Football Schools (largest football academy in India), and also The Head Coach of IIT-Delhi.In my current role as the Technical Mentor, I lead a team of 40 coaches to assure quality sessions and generate revenue, make a technical curriculum for coaches to enhance player's performance, conduct workshops for coach education, and be the bridge between the technical and the non-technical team in the organization. During the pandemic, we are successfully conducting online sessions and developed India's first football-based fitness app - Enjogo.I value learning from others and making genuine connections more than anything else. I love to read self-development books, autobiographies of great leaders and inspire myself and my team of coaches and players to develop holistically. I have also been learning Spanish (y me encanta aprender español). Overall, I enjoy meeting new people and hearing new perspectives.
