Responsible for the management of field Laboratory, monitored quality control of works at all stages, checking of Mix Design for bituminous and non-bituminous concrete, Wet Mix Macadam, and Granular Sub Base, identification of Borrow areas for soil and quarries for Aggregates, scrutiny and keeping of all test results and records related to quality control and carried out Calibration of Contractors laboratory testing equipment And All plants for Construction Work, review of work methodology and work program submitted by contract etc. also responsible for preparation of data for monthly as well as quarterly progress reports. Responsible for identification of suitable material for construction; testing of soil, aggregate, cement, bitumen, Emulsion, concrete, as per guidelines in relevant IS, IRC and BS codes in MORTH specification. The duties included preparation of mix design for non-bituminous (GSB, WMM), bituminous mixes (DBM, BC, BM), Concrete All Grade-M-15 To M-55, DLC, PQC, & field compaction (density) test on earth work, granular sub base WET Mix Macadam by SAND Replacement and bituminous beds by core cutting method, carried out tests of advance nature like tests.
