Current•Handling Senior, middle and junior level Recruitments and Client Relations for the BFSI vertical.•Responsible for Sourcing profiles (through various sources such as: Headhunting, Portals, Central Online Database, Networking among others), Short listing, Interview screening, Candidate nurturance, Negotiating salary, Preparing and following up for collections. (for end to end closure).•Key Account Management.•Handling assignments for various functions viz Banking, Insurance, Financial Services, Micro Finance & Consulting at all levels.•Handling Pan India recruitment through inter centre coordination.•Conducting periodic in-depth learning sessions on new trends in BFSI.•Training and mentoring the new hires in the team about the BFSI industry and training them on various skills like Validation, referencing, MIS updating, Software usage and client interfacing. • Framing the job descriptions along with various functional heads.
