Reconciliation of trades, positions and cash between K+ and PB statements. Follow up with the Prime Brokers/Fund Managers to seek clarifications on outstanding breaks.

Reconcile details in Geneva like Global Amount, Interest Rate, and Maturity date etc for all the loan positions with notices.? Reconciled all the Fx Forward trades & Termination in the system and excel with that of the supporting documents provided by client / Counterparty to the trade containing details of trades.. ? Performed Holding Recon to reconciling ending quantity & Market Value balance of Bank with manager and researching and informing counterparty about the difference to update their records for all trades. ? Booking Journal Entries in JE Module System for all the settlements for the day in Separately Managed Accounts for different investment Instruments like Equity, Private Equity, Bonds, Loans, Credit Default Swaps and Restructure of assets for an issuer. ? Prepared Different Investment Schedules like Unsettled Trade schedule, Total Receivables Schedule, Total Accretion or Amortization schedule, total dividend and other income schedule in a format specified. Prepared VBA macros and worked on UAT testing new applications as per instruction from client and informing them on the call about the progress on daily basis and reduced manual work.
