Started up Deloitte Greenhouse business in SEA. The Greenhouse combines design thinking, management consulting, and analytics to tackle complex challenges for clients. Originally a collaboration between Deloitte and the Singapore Government, the Greenhouse model radically transforms traditional consultancy. I launched one of the first Greenhouses in the Deloitte network (now there are 30+) and led over 130 sprints on topics such as strategy, innovation, analytics, sustainability, risk management etc.While the Southeast Asia Greenhouse is based in Singapore, I ran labs in countries across Asia-Pacific, including China, Fiji, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Turkey, Thailand and Vietnam.

Acquired by Gartner in 2016.Started up CEB's APAC business and regional HQ in Singapore. Grew to a multimillion dollar P&L with over 50 staff, and was acquired by Gartner.

Started up CEB’s India business, transforming it from a back office to a high-growth revenue generator. From zero to 100+ local clients and multimillion dollar revenues during my tenure.
