• The Project that the ICICI Bank assigned was on the topic of "Identify & Convert Sales Lead/Opportunities (WM Upgrade, Golden Visa, Salary Off Us, etc.)", which was doing overall research on how to identify a client that will be able to use the Services for the Long-time perspective and during the Customers tenure by using the transactions with the Bank can be eligible for Upgrade or eligible for more features which are available with the Bank. • During the project, I was tasked to look for such Clients based on their daily transactions with the help of the Employees of the Bank. For this, observation with the Employees such as how they convert the Client, how Clients react to the various propositions, apart from the requirement what are the more products from the Bank that the Employee can provide, and using the Information to suggest the solution for the problem faced by the Client.
