• Currently leading new product development for New Motorcycle Platform for 110 cc, 125 cc scooters involving all OBD II Regulation Projects• Establishing product development strategy in collaboration with stakeholders from an engineering perspective• Potential failure identification and improvement with respect to vehicle drivability evaluations • Vehicle build event planning and monitoring to make sure effective quality event happens as per plan.• Drive ECN Implementation CFT consisting of various departments related to New model (Quality, SCM, CIT, Release Management).

• Responsible for Incoming quality of proprietary part of engine in both assembly shop and Machine shop in powertrain shop.• Monitoring of customer issues reported on Purchase parts & working with STA and supplier team to close the issue through 8D problem solving technique.• Conduct top-5 supplier meeting every two months.• Ensure effectiveness of incoming audit plan as per schedule.• Contributions in PPAP of new parts development with cross functional team.• Responsible for Engineering changes part trail with CFT.• Preparations of check sheets, monthly MIS, Quality presentations.• Responsible for daily rejection meeting and analysis by Quick action (ERA & ICA).• Design approval stage decisions at supplier end with Quality and Product Engineering team• Engineering Change notice monitoring & coordinating its smooth implementation.

• Receiving Quality of Castings and machining of Cylinder Block & Cylinder Head.• Field failure parts & BIS issues Study, Analyze & Classify the Failure Category like Process ,Supplier, Design or Product Related• Take Follow up for Corrective Actions with Supplier as well as the Concerned Departments.• Conducting Process & Product Audits at supplier end• Contribution in PPAP of new casting and new parts development.• Drawing study of new released drawing of parts & implementation of gap at supplier end and discusses the problems if any
