Work as a team to operate machines to manufacture fibreboard from paper.• Setting up, starting, controlling and stopping machines and plant.• Loading machines with paper.• Setting up Splicers, starch circulation systems, knives, creases, single facers, and stacking equipment as well as material transfer system.• Monitoring machines and plant and adjusting controls to regulate operation and quality of output.• Cleaning and performing minor repairs to machines and plant.• Checking machines and plant to ensure safe operations.• Provide accurate Production Feedback.• Carry out operational Preventative Maintenance cleaning, lubrication &checks.
