Hi, this is Akshay, a sales and business operations professional.An Industrial Engineering graduate, Akshay joined General Motors as a Project Engineer where he enabled the manufacturing and assembly personnel to get the cars out quicker. As quick, after a stint of 8 months he moved out to pursue his masters in Industrial Engineering.During Akshay's internship at Vaibhav Lifestyle staring April 2015, he was assigned to build a pricing database of residential real estate developers. This led to cold calling followed by visiting construction sites and eventually start selling. This being his first flavour with sales, Akshay generated $1.63 million revenue over the next 2.8 years (April '15 to Nov '17).With an aim to learn cross functional team working, Akshay joined Total Environment (who are crafting the most beautiful homes in the world) as a Project Management professional. The next 1.3 years here taught him the importance of planning, coordination, collaboration and timely delivery. Out of 32 who volunteered for a festive sales campaign, he was among the top 6 performers.Aspiring for a bigger challenge in a different domain, Akshay joined Zeliot Connected Services as an Operations Manager.
