As Head of People & Culture at Scaler, I led a 25-member team responsible for recruitment; managing people-ops and employee lifecycle; and admin. As a team we developed and implemented HR policies and programs aligned with Scaler's culture, goals, and objectives while ensuring legal compliance and managing employee relations issues. Additionally, my team leads performance management and compensation and benefits programs, while spearheading initiatives to improve employee engagement and organizational culture. Under my leadership, Scaler grew by over 300% in headcount with 1,500+ employees and maintained stellar eNPS and engagement scores with lower-than-industry-average attrition numbers.
