I have 12 years of experience with KPMG India and my areas of specialization include PMO, program management, cutover management, SAP GRC full life cycle implementation, SAP financial controls build and review, creating segregation of duties matrix, SAP system audit, SAP post implementation review , SAP quality assurance, SAP post merger integration tech due diligence, SAP S4 HANA conversion projects, SAP ECC SP upgrades, IT general controls audits as part of external financial audits.I have worked with globally dispersed teams which involves stakeholders from Asia Pacific , South-East Asia, Far East Asia, Europe, Africa and North America.On projects that I deliver, I lead the project team as delivery manager to understand the business and share insights to identify gaps, smooth out process inefficiencies, and establishing strong project governance to aid the client in attaining the objectives set out from the project.
