Direct, Temp-to-hire and contract placements within IT Industry primarily• Full life cycle recruiting including Sourcing, phone screening, qualifying, interviewing, preparing candidates, salary negotiations, closing, and reference checks• Qualify and verify candidate information, job history, education and references for validity and determination. Set-up additional job screening as required by customer.• Manage and establish communications with customers to gain further insight on job specifications, environment and company dynamics.• Negotiate salary compensation and other company benefits.• Create and maintain Internet sourcing web sites and evaluate results.• Use multiple job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Bullhorn ATS to find the best talent for our clients.• Proficient in creating Boolean search strings• Networked to find the perfect fit candidate for our clients.• Good communication skills to sell the opportunities and convince candidates to accept the jobs/assignments
