Industry: Fine jewellery manufacturing and export.Factory: A small factory setup in Andheri MIDC, Mumbai, having 22 member team for production, and 10 member team for admin, accounts, e-commerce and operations etc.Scale: Average monthly output (throughout my tenure): 4.0kg Silver 925, and 250gm Gold 14k.My Involvement: Joined in an informal capacity to learn the industry, introduced tech application into a pen-and-paper style managed factory, managed a few roles throughout my tenure, left to pursue my own business in same industry.Key objectives:- To manage day-to-day operations at factory (creating and managing SOP for stages from product ready -to - preparing shipments for export - to - delivery)- To manage export shipments (paperwork, packaging, and delivery reports)- Procurement of raw materials (gems & diamonds)- Vendor management (gems & diamonds, and logistics)Highlights:- Developed proprietary cloud based web application to manage operations at factory, track product status at every step, preparing a list of product specific raw materials for procurement, and order management with clients

Industry: Events & Entertainment. Worked with several event agencies and private investors to execute designated tasks and managing on-ground team for key events.Key Highlights:A. Project Feb 2014 - Classical Music Concert of Shri Pt. Hariprasad Chaurasiya Ji- Concept planning and entire execution of ticketed show in an auditorium- Sold the concept to a group of private investors, and worked for a fixed fee- Spearheaded a team of about 20 executives throughout the course of event- Concert was sold out and was attended by more than one thousand visitors- Attended by most of the prominent bureaucrats, key influential personalities from the city- Organically covered by all leading print media sources- Idea to execution: 45 days- Location: Nagpur, MHB.
