My responsibilities include to evaluate each account's requirements and give an in-depth knowledge of them to our stakeholders and onboard the requirements onto a tool developed by Salesforce in order to preserve compliance, strengthen account team governance of their accounts and forge more meaningful relationships with Clients. Involved in UAT testing which are later deployed in production.Reports creation using tools like Excel/Power BI.Knowledge sharing with the team and provide assistance whenever needed.Communicate with account teams and advise on leading practices to promote consistency and efficiency.Macros and automation: Familiarity with recording and editing macros to automate repetitive tasks and enhance productivity.Experience in designing and implementing data models in Power BI, including relationships, hierarchies, and calculated tables.Understanding of data refresh options and scheduling data updates in Power BI to keep reports up to date.
