- Guide and manage the entire lifecycle of building new retail centre’s- work with both company owned and franchised owned centers - work with key vendors and facilitate /coordinate equipment and materials required for a new center - plan and develop project management schedules for a new center - work with real estate vendors to short list locations - site visits responsibility includes approvals, progress reports, managing vendors and contractors etc to ensure timelines are met - strong and effective communication and coordination both verbal and in writing to document progress. - to find innovative solutions for facility operations and cost efficiency in operations maintenance - to communicate with all stakeholders - to ensure all safety precautions are taken for the safe running of operations - to coordinate with government agencies as appropriate

Audits-Conduct audits of identified potential properties against predetermined standards and submit a feasibility report -Devise accurate cost and service estimates for converting audited property and propose realistic timelines for the same, basis audited condition -Plan for optimal inventory and delivery timelines of goods and services for launching properties as per estimated Go-live dates in the most cost-effective manner Operations and Cost Optimization-Ensure all property launches are achieved in a time-bound and cost-effective manner-Place orders as per planned inventory with the VM team and coordinate for timely deliveries-Regularly monitoring and prioritizing PMC activities to meet stringent go-live timelines Stakeholder Management-Collaborating extensively with all internal and external stakeholders (VM, Finance, IT, HR, PMC, etc.) for the flawless execution of property transformation and launch-Take autonomous, data-driven decisions and execute process improvement initiatives

- Billing- Material Forecasting - Preparing Measurement sheets and Getting them certified by Client- Submitting amendment to work order Quantity and reworking measurements for extra work- Drafting Work Order for subcontract of Latterrite rubble coba and conditions of contract- Single Handedly setting up meetings with Prospective Clients for new works- Examining the site and taking necessary measurements/ important factors which would be a determinant for rates to be quoted for the work- Preparing and sending Quotations after approval of rates from Division Manager- Site Execution- Reporting Daily activities, Number of Labours present and number of Labour's assigned at various activities.- Reporting Site issues, Labour issues and client issues to Division Manager- Co ordinating with supervisors and Labours for Making Labour Payments & Advances- Labour Paysheets & Attendence report- Planning and assigning of work with respect to weather condition, labour & material availability- Determining consumption of material - Supervising over the subcontractor and assigning him targets
