ONGC is a Fortune 500 Company. I have served in the following roles including being the Executive Assistant to the Head HR of the location. HRBP: Employee Relations lead for ~650 employees responsible for complete employee life-cycle processes; Ensure employee satisfaction in the administration of HR policies and benefits; Manage employee records in HRMS (SAP); Managing a team of two.Learning & Development / Talent Management: Coordinating and facilitating Management Trainee/Graduate Trainee (GT) induction trainings/onboarding; Instrumental in conducting one week GT Induction Training in collaboration with Boston Consulting Group; End-to-end responsibility for coordinating two-week Multi Disciplinary Field Familiarisation training for groups of GTs; Industrial Relations: Manage relations with local trade unions/diversity groups; Ensure harmonious working environment in the workplace by timely strategic actions; Employee Communications: Design and draft communications in the form of mass mails and bulk SMSes to keep employees abreast of latest events and programs; Rewards & Recognition: Process ownership of Annual Group/Individual Awards selection and distribution program;

Working from the Corporate HQ, I was responsible for: • Overall management of harmonious industrial relations across the company by guiding HR and Business Leaders spread over various work centres.• Monitoring ~600 IR cases pending before various judicial and quasi-judicial authorities including the Supreme Court / High Courts / Central Government Industrial Tribunals (CGIT) and Labour Commissioners (Central). Themes of the cases included regularisation, POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) cases, termination of service, forfeiture of gratuity, recruitment, disciplinary/employee investigation cases.

• Project title: Conducting a Benchmarking Study on HR Process Maturity• In-depth study of cutting-edge HR process maps to create a tool which would enable clients to assess and improve their respective processes• Created a prototype — in the form of a questionnaire — of HR Process Maturity Diagnostic Tool covering five HR verticals, viz. Recruitment, Training & Development, Performance Management, Compensation, and Exit Management

• Source and screen resumes, conduct preliminary telephonic interviews; primarily worked for Telecom Infrastructure clients among other industries• Assist in research work

We developed National Occupational Standards for job roles in the Life Sciences sector. The project gave me opportunities to:- • Prepare Competency Models for jobs based on secondary research• Write job descriptions• Map skills and traits for successfully performing designated jobs• Format documents requiring advanced MS-Word skills

Project title: Synergizing and Standardization of Training Industryin India- Developed a Trainer Rating Model, under the guidance of my mentor, using MS-Excel with an aim to help companies source professional and quality trainers- Formulated official documents for Federation of Indian Professional Trainers (FIPT)- Created a database of prospective members, and undertook a comprehensive study of India’s as well as overseas training associations
