Product development and production follow up.• Managing development of new product categories. Sourcing garments in various qualities (textures, finishes, trends, appeals)• Vendor development, helping them with the specific requirements of each client in terms of merchandising, Coordinating, and Sampling etc• Studying PSF’s and costing negotiation with buyer & vendors.• Conducting meetings w/vendors on all orders confirmed discussing detailed tna on each style and working w/them regularly to ensure meet timeline.• Working on CBX and Flex (internal co. system) for all order bookings; reports and tracking of all orders.• Conference calls w/ suppliers on weekly bases on production/sampling status along w/ QC’s involvements where distant suppliers are concerned. • Participate in all weekly status w/QC’s and vendors to ensure smooth working.

- Critical Path Mapping for style execution and ensuring adherence to it - Doing promotional activities for the products regular for the growth and meeting the targets- Liaising with Buyer and active communication. - Material Resource Planning - Co-ordination with production units and ensuring timely handover of style to meet PCD and on time delivery- Assisting in production & follow-ups.- Providing various solutions to problems pertaining to execution of an order.- Ensuring the timely production of the product.- Close follow up with production house to ensure work in running as per T&A plan. .- Buyers handled are Calvin Klein Jeans , Gloria Vanderbilt.
