As the Brand & Operations Manager at Maneesha Ruia, I lead strategic initiatives to drive brand growth and operational efficiency. My role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities such as brand strategy and development, operations management, marketing campaign management, and last but never least team leadership and development.

Single-handedly founded this snack brand to provide healthy and nutritious snacks while not compromising the taste. Did everything from R&D, manufacturing, packaging, marketing, sales and strategy for this brand. Launched seven products under this brand name which are distributed in the state of Maharashtra as of now.

Manage the brand Baakeji, a Pan-India snack company. They manufacture and distribute a wide variety of potato chips, banana chips, makhana, chakli, namkeen snacks and mixtures, bhels, diet bhels and more. Supervise manufacturing, production, supply chain, sales and business development.
