As a Product Manager at TMI Network, I lead the product development of a project that combines my passions for technology and communication. I am a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and I use agile methodologies to deliver value to our customers and stakeholders. I am also responsible for managing the project budget, timeline, and scope, as well as coordinating with the marketing, sales, and engineering teams. I am currently pursuing my PMP course and trying to apply whatever I learn at work, every day!Before joining TMI Network, I worked at HSBC as an Executive - Payments Investigations, where I handled complex and high-value transactions for Singapore and Manila. I have a strong background in finance and operations, with an MBA in Finance from Sikkim Manipal University - Distance Education and a Bachelor in Commerce from AVADH GIRLS DEGREE COLLEGE. I have developed skills in communication, customer support, and team management, which help me to build rapport and trust with internal and external partners. I am motivated by solving problems, creating impact, and learning new things. I strongly believe in Team Work and having a Solution Mindset.
