As a fully funded PhD student at Harvard Business School, I study the experiences of individuals at work, driven by a core purpose; helping people lead more intentional, joyful, effective, and agentic lives both at and outside of work. With 15+ years of global experience spanning tech, management consulting, and leadership coaching, my journey has been driven by a deep commitment to empowering others—whether by fostering diversity and inclusion, helping individuals take control of their professional and personal lives, or guiding mindset shifts that unlock resilience and growth.I’m dedicated to blending rigorous academic insights with practical, real-world solutions that help individuals and organizations thrive. My research explores emotional, cognitive, and behavioral responses to uncertainty, and I apply this knowledge to create environments where people feel empowered and agentic. Volunteering to drive inclusion and equity is key to living a fulfilled life for me. In recent years, I co-created and guest lectured at a class on mental vibrancy at Stanford GSB, authored a report on Gender Parity in Asia with NINEby9, a Singapore based non profit and trained individuals on Effective Communication & Prioritization with Open Door Policy, an organization that connects qualified refugees to remote jobs.
