• Worked with Dr.Cao and his Ph.D. students on different areas in computer networks like traditional IP, optical networks and virtual networks with more emphasis on NFV(network function virtualization).• Analysed various issues that come with mapping the virtual network onto a substrate network and addressing them. Implemented the optimal solution by solving an ILP(Integer Linear Program)• Addressed the issues that come with mapping the traditional network onto an optical network while minimising the number of wavelength conversions.
