A study on joint optimization of DNN execution and pre-processing is discussed in this literature work with an insight into DNN evolution and breakdown of DNN inference by introducing a specialized NN. Pre-processing data on Edge TPU and the evolution of such modern accelerators is also mentioned in this literature.
