• Design competency frameworks through discovery interventions such as workshops, FGDs, sorting and prioritizing exercises• Support clients to build leadership archetypes (personas/success profiles) for assessments through analysis of their organizational culture, roles/responsibilities, challenges, traits and competencies• Design, manage virtual and in-person assessment centers (across hierarchy levels) and analyze assessment data to identify segment trends and build development journeys for them• Conduct leader feedback sessions for 360-degree, psychometric assessments• Facilitate development initiatives through assessment of leadership styles and their impact on organization climate• Deliver projects with organization design initiatives like job descriptions, job evaluation

Kincentric was formed as part of the acquisition of Aon's Engagement, HR advisory and leadership practice globally by Spencer Stuart.In my role here, I led the delivery of large-scale projects and managed key clients in West India and managed a team of four consultants. My key accomplishments were:• Facilitated manager development workshops, 1-1 leader connects for an IT/ITeS company to improve the employee experience. • Designed a people manager effectiveness development program which was then delivered across 1500+ people managers for an insurance company• Conducted a diagnostics survey, multiple focus group sessions to understand the culture for a bank merging with an NBFC, articulate desired culture through CXO level workshop, and build a roadmap to embed that culture • Audited HR processes for various organizations and built an HR transformation roadmap for a leading life insurance company • Supported the sales for multi-year projects by developing solutions that integrated various Kincentric offerings • Certified facilitator for Employee Engagement Expert and HR Analytics learning programs for HR and business leaders

• Partnering with business and HR leaders to link their strategic imperatives to insights from engagement surveys• Working with client leadership teams to build engagement improvement plans for clients on action areas arising from the survey • Organization culture articulation and advising clients on culture cascade and embedding journey• Delivering workshops on driving engagement through leaders, managers; manager development workshops; HR champions for engagement and change• Auditing HR practices for organizations and building a roadmap for practices’ alignment and linkage across HR functions for multiple clients

• As a consultant, I executed employee engagement projects in north and west India and my key responsibilities were to design survey questionnaire linked to client’s business and HR context; prepare communication strategy & collaterals for pre, during and post-survey stages; analyze quantitative and qualitative survey data to provide insights; and identify actionable areas to engage, establishing linkage to key business outcomes and HR strategy• Key assignments spanned across sectors such as BFSI, FMCG firm, Energy and Manufacturing
