My key responsibilities and accomplishments include:1. Innovative Algorithm Development: Proposed and implemented an approach to improve the accuracy of Direction-of-Arrival (DOA) estimation for lightning imaging. This resulted in a significant reduction in Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) compared to the conventional MUSIC algorithm, enhancing both the accuracy and efficiency of the imaging process.2. Data Accuracy Enhancement: Conducted extensive qualitative and quantitative research, utilizing both primary and secondary sources. My efforts contributed to an increase in data accuracy, which was critical for the success of the ongoing project.3. Advanced Technical Contributions: I worked closely with scientists/engineers in the Advanced Space Borne Instrument Development Laboratory (ASBID), where I gained hands-on experience with complex algorithms and high-performance computing environments.This internship significantly deepened my expertise in machine learning, data analysis, and advanced signal processing, and I am excited to apply these skills to future challenges.
