Outlier AI is a subsidiary of the giant Scale AI platform, known for its AI innovations and investments from Amazon and Meta. My task is to manage and optimize the storage of datasets before and after its transformation and to ensure scalability and prompt engineering optimizations in terms of data and processes developed.Current Projects:* Work towards the process of Data extraction, cleansing, loading and transformation to suit the business needs of the users and create Business Intelligence reports using those datasets.* Currently executing the architectural design of a tool to convert natural language texts (user inputs) to SQL queries using LLM models and SQL Agents. This tool once developed will be used produce dataset outputs based on human commands as per the requirement.

Key Responsibilities:Manage the day-to-day analytics involved in streamlining the Sales Organization processes to support the purchase process of an aircraft by providing accurate costs of acquiring, operating and maintaining a business jet. The overall goal: easing the purchase process, ensuring transparency in costs and promising long-term monetary benefits of a Bombardier Jet. * Contributed to macro-economic outlook and market analysis to analyze, update and forecast the underlying fixed and variable assumptions of costs such as pilot and staff salary, navigation systems, insurance, hangar, maintenance, etc. used in the aircraft ownership cost analysis reports, and shared across the firm. * Discovered cost optimizations worth more than $2 million for the overall fleet cost as part of fleet planning exercises for long-term clients with more than 10 aircraft.* Led a team of 8 MBA interns as a Product Owner for a Digital Transformation case competition with 100+ participants to design a centralized and scalable cloud-based data lake architecture to cater to Bombardier’s internal Data Analytics and Reporting requirements as part of a case competition. The design was accepted for implementation by Executive Vice President, IT & Operations for Bombardier – Dr. David Murray.* Curated a weekly Competitive Data Analytics Intelligence (CDAI) report, delivering strategic insights on buyer-behavior to empower the sales team with targeted information for enhanced decision-making.* Oversaw a $600K project to transform and create training documents for an aircraft comparison application, used extensively by Sales Directors to create a case for pitching Bombardier aircraft models against competition in the segment. Moreover, deployment of this application reduced 8 hours of a senior analyst’s time per week.

Key responsibilities: * Provide digital transformation leadership and apply best practices to our Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and Data Science practice. Work with client leadership and junior management for a time-bound delivery and collaborate with cross-functional peers within the firm to identify gaps and areas of strategic growth and opportunity.* Overlook and define the scope, timelines, data architecture and thereby, the total cost of delivering upcoming projects. * Manage client expectations by identifying risks and impediments in the project and resolving them by putting a strategy in place. * Identify key stakeholders and coordinate with them to ensure a delivery that meets the highest standards of the client. * Drive continuous process improvements and best practices to create a robust, predictable and a priority-driven culture.* Overlook rate cards for resources, ensure project profitability and manage budgets and project resources for re-investing profits into R&D internally.Activities: * Managed the overall data warehouse operations with a total annual expense of more than $4 million of the EU Data Warehousing solution which comprised of 16 countries and a support team of 45. Our project also won two firm-level awards in the continuous service improvement category.* Defined the Product strategy, scope, delivery methodology, architecture, and change management processes for 9 business development (pre-sales) projects, while ensuring timely delivery of operational projects and recruiting and grooming junior management.* Controlled total cost for enhancements in DevOps projects worth $1.7 million, delivered the project FP&A and ensured overall project profitability while adhering to strict project delivery timelines.

Organize and facilitate daily stand-up, sprint planning, sprint retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessionsProject Achievements:* Executed a $700K customized customer-centric marketing system for running digital email campaigns with the capability of sending customized emails, and running advanced data mining on the responses received, thereby improving the efficiency KPI’s of all future campaigns by 27% for a pharmaceutical giant's HO and Medical Reps.* Gathered requirements and designed the architecture of a $550K project to digitally transform a pharmaceutical giant’s supply chain management system for a key blockbuster pharmaceutical product.* Effectively led the cloud-based technology stack merger of a $6 million salesforce-reporting platform for Bristol-Myers-Squibb with that of Celgene, post their merger.* Implementation of Query optimization by reading query plans, applying the appropriate Distkeys, Sortkeys, and encryption methodologies while ensuring process adherence. The end goal was to implement proper data distribution across all computation nodes of the underlying servers and enable maximum parallel processing of data to enable faster query execution.

Key responsibilities: Lead the day-to-day development activities and plan the daily activities for juniors. Act as liaison between the onshore team and the development team and manage the on-ground quality, risk, and process excellence for the delivery. Bring up innovative ideas to delight the client and assist seniors in onboarding new projects along with their pricing and timelines.* Led the merger of the digital field reporting platforms for BMS with that of Celgene after its recent acquisition by the former; also optimized their digital assets (data warehouses) and resources at the same time.* Spearheaded the delivery of an ad-hoc reporting solution for the HQ users in the German and French markets which enabled them to generate reports as and when they require, exclude and include metrics on those reports, edit the attributes as per the requirement, perform complex aggregations, and build charts and other visuals on top of the data. Led the onshore User Acceptance Testing and facilitated the end-user training for this project in Munich. We received a lot of accolades from my client and my seniors post the successful delivery.* Led the build activities for a mobile reporting solution for the field reps in the German and French markets which included various metrics aimed at helping those reps to perform their daily activities by tracking their progress and targeting the physicians and hospitals.* Designed & implemented a global data warehouse solution for Bristol-Myers Squibb, which involved building a common warehousing solution for markets such as the US, Japan, Germany, UK, and France while integrating more than 200 data sources across domains mostly local to these different markets.* Contributed to the design of the multi-country architecture for the Summary Layer and Reporting Layer (EU4) for BMS DEL project (an on-demand HQ reporting tool with 200+ attributes and metrics per country).

Key responsibilities: Act as a point of contact for all development and operational insights; champion the business use cases and seek assistance for clarifications if required; design and build the platform and work on any ad-hoc analysis for the client; optimize costs and smoothen the delivery of the product.* Led the complete implementation and final production deployment of Germany C-SCOR (a mobile field-reporting solution with 20+ Microstrategy dashboards)* Instrumental in replacement of Snaplogic as the core cloud-based orchestration and eventual move to python-based scripts for orchestration, wherein I ensured that the code replacement was adhering to all necessary orchestration use-cases, logging processes and all known errors were appropriately handled to have minimum admin level interference during daily-load process.* Instrumental in creating a multi-country Gate-based governance model for all new enhancement projects, wherein we ensured that necessary processes were followed and all documentations were completed before the next phase/production move of the project could begin.* Built Business Intelligence solutions for pharma giants such as AstraZeneca, Med-Immune, Celgene, and Amgen, which involved developing logical data flows to integrate data from multiple data vendors for client reports that ultimately played a pivotal role in providing vital information for making various business decisions for these firms’ American HQ business leads.* Interacted with the senior client management team in defining business metrics for tracking drug performance for the above reports.* Created a systematic Call-Plan and Alignment manager for a US-based pharma giant using ZS proprietary tools and managed its delivery for the reps in the USA market.
