At HighLevel, I am leading innovative Generative AI driven solutions like AI Employees for an all in one marketing platform.

I led a team of three engineers, ensuring code quality through practices like unit/integration testing, code reviews, and comprehensive documentation. I implemented a modular architecture to support pre-funded wallet accounts and transactions across 25+ countries. I spearheaded the development of Jeeves Pay, which enabled payments in 40+ currencies across 140+ countries, contributing to a 12% increase in Gross Transaction Value (GTV). I also integrated automated payment collections, improving success rates by 40%. My work involved engineering resilient, scalable solutions using Express.js, TypeScript, MySQL, AWS SNS, and SQS.

Responsibilities:- Involved in writing Azure infrastructure as code for an ETL platform, execution plans, and change automation using Terraform and Azure DevOps targeting multiple environments- Set up monitoring for an Azure-based ETL platform overseeing data transfer in the order petabytes per week that has enabled the business to better cost optimize resources- Designed and Developed a framework/toolchain for deploying MLFlow models using Python and Azure DevOps for automation, which has substantially reduced the overall time to go-live for ML Engineers- Make sure that infrastructure is security compliant as per the client’s requirementsProvisioning, managing, and optimizing dockerized applications on AKS- Set up DevOps integrated workflow for Azure Data factory which has enabled data engineers to version control and roll out data pipeline faster- Managing Azure Databricks governance needs and cluster requirements with IaaC using TerraformSet up and managed self-hosted build agents for Azure DevOps CI/CD loads- Part of Digital Architect team of TCS Pace Port, involved in requirement gathering, strategy building, technical analysis, and mentoring associates on cloud solutions- Full-stack Developer for AI/ML marketplace platform.
