- Responsible for creating a dynamic work from home attendance system for BDAs and BDTs, based on multiple criteria ingested through excel.- Created sales incentive plan selection recommendation system along with live order value leaderboard for BDAs providing filtration based on teams, verticals, managers and horizontal as well as incentive plans selected.- Created a smooth systematic process for inter and intra team movements removing manual intervention, thus decreasing time wastage.
