I am currently a Senior at the Haslam College of Business, University of Tennessee, Knoxville, pursuing a degree in Economics with a collateral in Business Analytics. My passion for business began in high school when I participated in DECA, where I placed at the Tennessee State Competition for an Integrated Marketing Campaign and later competed at the national level in Orlando, Florida. This experience sparked my interest in business and opened my eyes to the various career paths available. Throughout high school, I worked at Connors Steak and Seafood in Knoxville, where I held the role of head greeter/hostess for over two years. This position allowed me to develop leadership skills by training and guiding new team members, while also reinforcing my sense of responsibility and accountability.In the summer of 2024, I interned with EdFinancial Services, where I gained valuable experience in the administration and processing of student loans under both federal and private programs. I collaborated with team members to streamline loan processing, improving efficiency for over 5 million borrowers. My responsibilities included processing payments for various loan types and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.I am actively seeking full-time opportunities in the business field following my graduation in May 2025 and am eager to apply my skills and experiences to a professional role.
