Having more than 12 years’ Experience as a store keeper, material man and material controller in various Construction, Maintenance Project in Oil and Gas Refineries and Petrochemical Plants.Key Job Responsibilities: Maintain a complete record for incoming & outgoing Materials. Checking Material Specification for all incoming Materials. To make Material Receiving Report (MRC) and segregate the Materials as per Drawing and / line number and do tagging of the same. Maintain Inventory log monthly. Familiar with Material Storage method viz ; inspected material , material for inspection, quarantine area. Maintaining computerized material status of all the material incoming in the stores as well as outgoing.. Making report for Damage Materials, Rejected & Quarantine Material Dispatch material as per Material request (MR) received from various site (PROJECT).. Coordinating yard Supervisors and crewmembers for loading & unloading re-arranging materials etc Handling project petty cash material & invoices.Responsibilities as Buyer To arrange three (3) quotation as per MR (Material Request) received from site. To technically check the quotation received are as per MR. On evaluation forwarding the quotation received to site for assessment and confirmation. To communicate with the Supplier for any discrepancy arising from site for the said quotation. Once TA (Technical Appraisal) is received from site preparation of Commercial appraisal , Draft P.O for approval and purchase. To prepare weekly report for the material purchased and material under purchase. Expedite the delivery of the approved material from supplier. To arrange documents for advance payment and follow up of the invoice for delivered material from supplier. To satisfy QC requirement on documentation part for the delivered materials.
