Principal accountabilities:- Achieve targeted requirements for sales of Parts and Service to allocated customers.- Handle major accounts and deal successfully and independently.- Ensure full knowledge of customers’ requirements, projects and overall business standings.- Continually generate new prospects to improve the Company share of market.- Possess a deep level of product knowledge in the Parts and Service field and the capability of effectively conveying and using my knowledge to its full advantage.- Possess a comprehensive knowledge of Zahid Tractor capabilities in Parts, Service, Financial Services and a good working knowledge of all the product lines represented by the Company.- Prepare and present selected training material and to participate in various shows, seminars etc.- Carry out any other assignments as allocated by the Company from time to time.

Amman

- Responsible for sales of Industrial Air compressors, blowers, boosters and Aftermarket products (e.g. Dryers, Filters, Lubricants, separators ... etc).- Develop sales, profits, and market share.- Increase the customer base and add new customers. - Ensures that professional business relations exist with the end customers.- Ensure that an excellent standard of after sales service is provided.- Communicate market activities efficiently- Actively monitor launching activities for new product and special campaigns.- Prepare a monthly market up date report for our principals includes on-going deals, won deals, lost deals (with reasons) and the market share with other competitors.

Amman

- Assists the Sales manager to collect market information in terms of industrial trend, market needs, product, customer as well as competitors so as to well design marketing strategies.- Assists the Sales manager to implement approved marketing strategy.- Assists the Sales Manager to work out market needs forecast as scheduled based on customer needs and industrial trend analysis. Also to make duly revision of forecast on a month basis to ensure accurate sales forecast and material requirement forecast.- Manages customer visiting and calling as per preset schedule to maintain good customer relationship and obtaining sales opportunities.- Participates in engineering department meeting, make sure the product launch is meeting the customer requirement.- Customer satisfaction survey: conduct the survey to customer on a preset schedule; make analysis and report based on the customer feedback.- Actively collect the customer expectations in terms of quality, delivery, design features etc.- Keeps good communication with financial department staff regarding customer credit status so that financial department can make a reasonable credit control line- Assists accounting staff to collect outstanding account receivable.- Prepare a quotation for our customer’s inquiries and/or tenders.- Prepare a monthly market up date report for our principals includes on-going deals, won deals, lost deals (with reasons) and the market share with other competitors.
