I am a dedicated professional with a passion for Photonics and Fiber Optics. With my excellent project management skills and strong leadership qualities, I possess the ability to manage projects from start to finish using the appropriate tools and techniques. My educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Communications Engineering from Yarmouk University in Jordan, where I focused my thesis on Brain Protection and Mobile Effects using SAR Calculations. Following my studies, I worked at Orange Telecom, where I gained hands-on experience in FTTH and Optical Fiber Line maintenance, and became proficient in using a variety of fiber optic devices such as Optical Time-Domain Reflectometers, Optical Power Meters, Fiber Optic Detectors, and Fusion Splicers. In 2011, I was awarded a full scholarship by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs to pursue my Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering at the University of Bologna, Italy. As part of my degree program, I received a grant from the European Scheme to conduct my thesis research at the optical lab of the University of Glasgow, UK. My thesis focused on the Characterization of Integrated Bragg Gratings in Silicon-on-Insulator (SOI).In 2015, I was awarded a research grant from the Generalitat Valenciana to conduct research on Special Light Sources based on Optical Fiber in the Laboratory of Fiber Optics (LFO), under the supervision of Prof. Enrique Silvestre and Prof. Miguel Andrés. Through these research projects, I have gained in-depth knowledge and understanding of optical devices, optical fiber development, setup alignment, Silicon-on-Insulator chip design, and Nanofabrication in general. Additionally, I possess expertise in designing and optimizing special optical fibers.Along with my proficiency in English and Arabic, I am committed to learning other languages, including Spanish and Italian.
Listed skills include Telecommunications, Silicon Photonics, Nanofabrication, Photonics, and 32 others.
