I have become more confident in my field of expertise and I'm always ready to jump in to new challenges. For example, I have held workshops on various topics, interviewed different professionals and given speeches and presentations on many occasions.

As a member of the Board of Executives my sectors were Group, Finance and the Student Village of Jyväskylä. I acted as a link between the Board and the CEO of the JYY Group. My daily work was to support the decision making concerning JYY Group. JYY Groups focus is in the real estate business with 11 M€ revenue (2019) and 106 M€ balance sheet (2021). I was also a consulting member of the Board of Business, which prepares and makes decisions concerning the JYY Group.As Vice Chair of the Board of Executives I supported the Chairman in his daily work. My tasks also included organizing weekly meetings of the Board. The Board of Executives is in charge of daily decision making and the implementation of the Council’s decisions concerning, but not limited to, the well-being of the members of our Student Union (JYY) and University (JYU) and decisions concerning the future of JYY.
