For more than 20 years Ayberk’s career has been focused on technology; ranging from working in key roles within global conglomerates to entrepreneurial endeavors, culminating in his involvement in disruptive financial and hospitality technologies. Ayberk currently is an entrepreneur, investor, and board member in a number of financial technology businesses. Such as Ininal, Manibux, Colendi, SambaPOS, Paket TaxiBefore his involvement in the start up world, for five years Ayberk was the head of technology for ATA Holding, a conglomerate with operations in Turkey and China including over 800 Burger King and other restaurants, food manufacturing, construction, real estate and financial technologies. He oversaw all the technical aspects of the company and ensured their overall health and security; shaped the company’s strategic direction for future growth, established the company’s technical vision and lead the department heads towards that goal. Prior to his position at ATA, Ayberk opened Turkey’s first Authorized Apple Retail Store in a premium location in 2006. He further expanded the business to five prominent locations, increased revenue over three years and eventually handed over the company to a leading retail group in Turkey. Ayberk started his career at Koc Information Systems Group, a part of Koc Holding, Turkey’s s largest industrial and services group with revenues exceeding USD 23 billion, ranking among the world’s top 350 companies.Ayberk holds an MBA degree and an Master’s of Science degree in Information Systems Development from The George Washington University, as well as a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Yildiz Technical University.
