Growing up on a farm in mid-Michigan taught me the values of hard work, resilience, and community. Coming from generations of farmers who cultivated everything from potatoes to timber, I learned what it means to persevere and value working together.I wasn't a standout athlete or top student, but I found my passion in service and leadership. At Western Michigan University, I met my wife, Lisa, through an on-campus student group called S3. We've been married for about 20 years and have two wonderful children, ages 15 and 10. Our faith is central to our lives, and we're active in our church and community. For over 21 years at GreenStone Farm Credit Services, I had the opportunity to grow and adapt, learning valuable skills in finance, leadership, and organizational development. In August 2024, I began a new journey as the Mission Support Director for the Archdiocese of Detroit. In this role, I oversee Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, and Facility Management for our Family of Parishes. My goal is to support our priests by managing operational aspects, allowing them to focus on their pastoral duties. I strive to implement practices that enhance efficiency and foster a supportive work environment.I'm passionate about collaborating with others to make a positive impact. I enjoy discussing finance, leadership, operational efficiency, and faith-based topics. I'm always open to learning, listening, and growing from the experiences of others.
